Challenge: Retrieving leads from Google Forms used at Education Fairs and assigning them to appropriate Consultants for follow-up.
Solution: Created a plugin to automatically integrate Google Forms and web forms with the CRM, transferring leads directly to the system and assigning them to the appropriate Consultant for follow-up. Automated workflows, including personalized follow-up and email notifications, were introduced, along with comprehensive reports.
Disparate email and campaign formats were stored on individual devices, causing difficulty in making changes across the board. Our CRM introduced a trigger-based email and campaign system with personalized workflows for each applicant. A centralized repository of email templates was added, with role-based access. Consultants were consulted to design email templates and campaigns, and a complex workflow was introduced to automate the manual email sending process, decreasing consultant workload and allowing for more lead conversion focus.
