Application Management

Our CRM consolidated all applicant data from disparate sources into a single repository, allowing easy tracking of each applicant’s status and journey history. We introduced an easy search function, dynamic tables based on different criteria, and generated comprehensive reports to aid management decision-making.

Google Form & Sheet integration

Challenge: Retrieving leads from Google Forms used at Education Fairs and assigning them to appropriate Consultants for follow-up. 

Solution: Created a plugin to automatically integrate Google Forms and web forms with the CRM, transferring leads directly to the system and assigning them to the appropriate Consultant for follow-up. Automated workflows, including personalized follow-up and email notifications, were introduced, along with comprehensive reports.

Trigger based Email Templates

Disparate email and campaign formats were stored on individual devices, causing difficulty in making changes across the board. Our CRM introduced a trigger-based email and campaign system with personalized workflows for each applicant. A centralized repository of email templates was added, with role-based access. Consultants were consulted to design email templates and campaigns, and a complex workflow was introduced to automate the manual email sending process, decreasing consultant workload and allowing for more lead conversion focus.
