The CRM allows you to schedule activities for your sales and marketing team based on criteria you define. All activities will be sent a reminder to your sales team. What is most important, that as a business owner you can follow up their activities.
We provide APIs to integrate our CRM with accounting systems including Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Tally. Our bidirectional plugins sync data between the two platforms instantly or on a scheduled basis without manual intervention.
The customer had multiple leads from various marketing channels, but they were stored in an unorganized way across different platforms, such as mobile, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and paper. To address this issue, we implemented various plugins that captured data from web forms and Google Sheets, and stored them as leads in the CRM. We also ensured that lead sources were clearly identified, allowing the sales team to take appropriate actions.
The follow-up on leads was often a tedious process and many leads fell through the cracks and valuable data was lost. We set up automated complex workflows, keeping in mind several factors as lead sources, requirements of the prospects. Personalized emails templates were created, Follow-up calls were scheduled, email reminders were sent to both Sales Team and Admin. Tasks completed, and status reports were sent to both Sales Team and Admin, We ensured that the owner had complete control of the Marketing and Sales process.
Since the company spent a huge amount in advertising on leading marketplaces like IndiaMART, we create a plugin to transfer all leads from IndiaMART directly into the CRM. Each lead was then set on respective workflows and automation. Regular reports were sent to the owner, as well as a dashboard was organized to present the exact status of the business at any given time.
We integrated the CRM with Twilio to track and review sales calls for better customer service. Sales or support agents can call contacts directly from the CRM by clicking on the phone icon. When a customer calls, the CRM identifies the caller and displays their relevant contact information such as deals and issues, enabling the agent to be better prepared for the conversation.
We integrated the customer’s inventory and accounts with our CRM, using an API created for Zoho Books. The bidirectional tool synced data between both platforms, with the option to sync all or selected records from the CRM to Zoho Books. Syncing could be instant or scheduled periodically without manual intervention. This seamless integration enabled the Accounting Team to work more efficiently with the CRM.
